I would prefer that it have the type of hose fittings that don't permanently lock the valve to the fuel line so I could remove and replace the hose without having to cut the hose off each time I remove it.
The product info says that this valve is not recommended for engines over 300cc. I don't know why they would say that. I'm using it on a 1984 Honda V65 Sabre, 1100cc motorcycle, with no problem and the passageway looks as large as the original valve.
