Imagine being asthmatic and taking a shot of an emergency inhaler; that's what this filter did for my 7.3L turbo diesel. The truck accelerates much quicker, pulls my fifth-wheel much easier and added a slight - but noticeable - increase in my fuel economy. My truck is a 2000 so I notice no increase in the cabin noise level. Should have added this filter system many miles ago. Amazon had it here a day after I ordered it. Five stars.
