Primary heater circuit failed in the primary O2 sensor for a '98 Honda civic. This was an almost-perfect replacement - car now runs OK and the CEL has been reset. The only minor niggle was that although this includes the correct cabling, it doesn't include the rubber grommet that aids routing (there's a special clip / engine mount that is too large for the cable without the grommet). Fortunately I was able to cannibalize the old sensor to fit the grommet - although it had to be cut to be removed/installed so not perfect.
Anyway, the car seems happy again and the part was considerably cheaper than the official component.
