(More customer reviews)Installed this on a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT. Instalation is easy taking only approx. 30 minutes. Have had it for several months and performance seems slightly improved over OEM. Intake gives the engine a nice sound too (definitely louder than stock). Not sure if it has helped with gas mileage though. K&N are the best airfilters out there no matter what they are installed on. I have K&N filters installed on other vehicles and toys, and recommend them to everyone. Purchased through Amazon because their prices can't be beat and frequently items ship free.
