(More customer reviews)I installed the kit the other night and have driven it a little. Installation was pretty straight forward even though the instructions aren't very good. Here are my findings so far.
Quality: Pretty nice kit, the heat shield is powder coated steel. The tube is plastic similar to the stock tubing.
Power: I was not expecting anything noticeable but there is a real gain. Part of this is probably throttle response which is greatly improved.
Sound: At idle there is a pretty noticeable sucking sound at the filter. On the throttle there is very little difference in sound from stock.
Mileage: Don't know yet? Seems to be not affected either way.
So, would I buy this kit for the 3.7? Yes, mostly for the improved throttle response when driving aggressively.
