(More customer reviews)I needed two new sensors for my Corolla. The repair shop quoted $160 each, plus installation. That sounded a bit high, so I went online and did my homework. Found this sensor and a similar one to meet the mfg's requirements. However, these generic sensors come without the plug, but that's the part that doesn't wear out. You can use the plug of the old one. So with a little soldering and applying some electrician's tape, I saved myself over $200 on the parts and installed them myself too (was easy on my car). Since then, the check-engine-light is off again and the car runs smoothly and without problems.

Eastwood Motorcycle Cycle Gas Fuel Tank Sealer Kit Review

(More customer reviews)This product did exactly what it was intended and the rust in my old tank is no longer an issue. The process was about 3 and a half hours long and very messy. You need acetone and Muriatic acid aswell to complete this process.
My tank was in REAL rough condition on the inside and the metal solvents didnt totally dissolve ALL the rust- i'm sure if i kept going through the process it would eventually get it perfect but it wasnt neccissary for the project I'm doing. the coating seems to be great and I added gas lastnight after letting it sit for about a week(i was waiting on other parts).
Tips:
-Make sure you have enough Baking soda to Neutralize the Muriatic Acid
-Give yourself ALOT of time to complete (4 hours to get it perfect)
-Have all your clean up supplies(rags, trash bags, CONTAINTERS to put the USED CHEMICALS in)
-Wear latex gloves so you dont get burnt and have Multiple Funnels
-Do the project outside because it very messy

(More customer reviews)I purchased this oxygen sensor for a Saturn SC2 2002 because the P0133 code was diagnosed. After replacing and deleting the code, the check engine light did not come back on. Cheapest price I found was on Amazon, about 1/2 the price compared with the local auto parts store. Denso was the same manufacturer as the old sensor that I replaced.

Stant 10825 Fuel Cap Review

(More customer reviews)After two trips to the mechanics, we finally figured out that this new cap doesn't work. It gets loose after a while, no matter how tight I fasten it after pumping gas. Then the check engine light would go on and we had a hard time figuring out what went wrong. I switched to use a geniue part from the dealer and it worked, much better.

(More customer reviews)The product looks good for the investment. The only issue I had was that the small magnets came unglued from the frame making it difficult to stay closed. I had to add another magnet & glued it to the back of the little metal tags in order for the door to stay closed. Still is better that spending $100 plus for the Mopar/Jeep brand original one that it is way over priced. I've seen the original one at the dealership & saw that it had the same issue with the little magnets! This product is worth maybe $20-25 at best.

(More customer reviews)I have a 1994 Lexus ES-300. The Oxygen sensor closest to the firewall went out. I'm a novice when it comes to engine repair but with the right tools (offset socket), I did this repair in 15 minutes. Because the sensor is SO CLOSE to the firewall, you WILL need the special socket that has a slot for the wire to go through and the hole for the square plug from your socket ratchet is offset to one side.

(More customer reviews)I've gone through a lot of cans in the last 20 years, and this one is, no question, the best.
First note - make absolutely sure you tighten the black collar even more than you've ever had to tighten any other one, because if you don't you'll end up with gas all over like I did. ;)
But once it's cranked down, it works wonderfully.
No gas comes out at all till you push the button, and then it comes out in a great steady stream, no glub glub surges as it transfers air for gas inside the can.
Let go of the button (which is not hard to depress by the way, very smooth action) and gas cuts off, instantly.
The plastic of the can is much sturdier and more solid than the others I've had, seems thicker and better made.
I'm glad I finally got to throw away my nasty 5 gallon beast I've had for the last few years.

Mr. Gasket 9748 Universal Clearview Fuel Filter Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this filter to use on my wife's motorcycle. I had previously purchased the one with the multi-sized adapters as I wasn't exactly sure of the fuel line size on her bike. That was my first mistake as two of the adapters (both plastic) sheared-off when I tightened them into the filter body. That one went right in the trash.
So I decided to try the one with the built-in nipples. The build quality is fine and I like the design, but I just could not stop this thing from leaking, no matter what I did. It leaked from both ends at the fuel line joints. No matter what I did I could not stop the joints from leaking. I tried everything from safety wire to pipe clamps to other types of clips to no avail.
Eventually I just got so frustrated with it, it went in the trash and I replaced the whole thing with a new fuel line and a new filter that went inside the tank!
My other beef with this product is it did not come with the 4 chrome hose clips or the two pieces of hose it claims to come with in the product description and photo. I should have demanded a refund but for $15 I figured it just wasn't worth the hassle.
