(More customer reviews)OK, so it's not made in the good old U.S. of A., but it turns out I couldn't find any that were... which is sad... anyway.
Perfect fit for our 2009 Sonata (Built in the USA). Upon further inspection it looks like this may be manufactured by the stock filter producer. The original and this unit are identical down to the type of glue used. Also the WIX filter is also made in South Korea... so I'm guessing it's the same producer. Almost twenty dollars cheaper than buying it at Hyundai dealership and that's without the $35 installation fee, and anyone can change this out. The owners manual walks you through it and it's just a few clips and the remedial use of a cross head screw driver.
