(More customer reviews)This filter drops right in to the original air filter compartment with no modifications. I detected no noise increase from the air intake. Most aftermarket cold air intakes allow annoying air hissing sound through. Not this filter. Did I notice a neck jerking power increase? No, but that's not why I purchased it. Being a permanent filter, it means I save by not having to replace it every year in a dusty Arizona climate. I am very pleased with this filter.
