First off, this review is directed toward the product and DiabloSport. Amazon is doing a great job with delivery and my return for refund.
I purchased this product for my motorhome to try and get a little more power and better mileage, as it is advertised to do. I already own another DiabloSport product and it has worked great for over 5 years. However, once I received this product, the instructions were so vague that NO ONE could possible figure out how to install it and absolutely NO information on how it works or its operation. The wiring harness is not labeled and could be plugged in several different ways. I searched the web for additional information, but could only find mixed answers on a few forums. Finally I called DiabloSport for technical assistance. I think the kid I talked to was 14 years old. He kept putting me on hold to go ask someone with more knowledge. Finally he gave me an answer as to how to install it, but nothing on how to operate it. Needless to say, I was a little concerned.
Therefore, I got on their forum and asked again for clarification. Below is the conversation.

"the middle plug would be fuel and the end plug would be MAP. "
That contradicts your post from 01/05/2009.

MaxDiabloSport says that the blue and white wires go to the fuel pressure sensor. Those are on the end, not the middle.
Again, I just want to get it right the first time so I don't hurt anything.

There are occasionally variations, but it looks like in this case the MAP is in the middle.
you won't hurt anything if it's wrong, it just won't start

Also, do you have any info on the dial? I'm told that more clockwise = more power and all the way counterclockwise is off. But I'm mainly looking for better mileage. Any suggestions on where I should try and dial it for the best mileage?

yes, clockwise = power.
best mileage gains will be found from playing with the knob with your driving style.
OK, so now I feel a little better and I proceed to hook it up.
Guess what? No matter what I do, or how I hook it up, the check engine light comes on and the motor only runs in "limp" mode. I tried to install it every way I could, even the wrong way, and the same thing happened every time. And apparently it will start if you hook it up wrong. I call them back and all I get is that "I must have hooked it up wrong or there is a problem with my engine". Even though everything ran fine before I installed the product. Luckily, everything was fine after I took it off and put everything on my engine back to original.
After all of that I sent it back to Amazon for a refund.
My suggestion: "STAY AWAY FROM DIABLOSPORT AND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!"
