(More customer reviews)It's not often you buy parts off amazon. But when combined with savings and free shipping. I had to try out these injectors. They are needle design which is different than the bosch disc. Standard ford 5.0 mustang fitment so it fits vw and many other cars of the 90's perfectly. All new o-rings. They are orange plastic top, with pintle cap and all new o-rings. The metal base seemed a little scratched. I am not sure if these are rebuilt injectors or brand new and got mishandled. They looked 100% new on every other part other than the metal painted area (silver paint).
Popped them in, adjusted fueling for 30# and drove. They behave pretty much just like the old injectors at 3.0bar fuel pressure rate (i run boost 1:1 gain as well) i did not notice any poorer idle or much difference in the top end even going to static seemed about the same as my old bosch injectors.
The 32# are the same price so i'd probably get those since its just a little more fuel for the same price.
Amazon has these in stock and shipped them so fast it was not funny. That is unusual in the auto parts industry to get something promptly shipped and received in 2 business days (amazon prime free shipping). Usually auto parts places take a week or so to sort out your order :)
Good stuff. Great price. Keep an eye out for amazon promotions to sweeten the deal even more.
