(More customer reviews)---I have never had a problem with a Mallory product and this regulator is no exception.
---I mounted this after a Holley red pump and a Mallory 3140 (140) fuel filter with all stainless steel braided Teflon-lined fuel line, AN fittings (37.5° flare) and a sediment-type filter before my carb. This regulator not only compliments my fuel system, but gets a lot of compliments itself.
---If you don't have a return fitting on your fuel tank, you will need one. This regulator requires a return line. Vacuum reference/Boost port can be plugged and not used, but again, the return line is needed. I have seen all over the internet that some are suggesting routing back into the fuel filter. AFAIC, this not adequate enough. It has to return to the tank and I would suggest a vented fuel cap if OEM is not.
