(More customer reviews)After selecting Ford and E-150, the unit supposedly only fits the 5.4 liter engine.
A check with the manufacturers website (Stant) revealed that in case of the E-150, all use the same gas cap (part number 10502). So this in yellow (note the added "Y" behind the part number) will fit the 4.2 and 4.6 liter engine as well.
The picture on Amazon does not tell you whether the gas cap indicates "E85" or "Ethanol" anywhere. It does say "E85" at the end of the print "Remove slowly".
Also, there is no plastic string to have the cap attached to the filler opening. Not a big deal as you are not able to remove the key when the cap is unlocked.
This is the only issues I consider a flaw. Especially in case of the E-Series van where the keys can scratch the surrounding sheet metal while putting it on or taking it off.
