I have had a problem with tune, a known flaw in the U7198 of hard shifting at low speeds, beating the crap out of my drive train. The Diablo support offers a custom tune to fix, but the tool has a issue they won't address without you upgrading to there newest hardware. They admit there is software and hardware flaws and will not offer to fix without a charge. You are better off getting a Nelson tune with free unlimited tunes.
