(More customer reviews)I only rated this with one star because I couldn't use zero. In truth, the cap does lock - that's the only positive aspect. This cap is difficult to use in every way imaginable, from inserting the key to figuring-out whether it is in fact locked or not. I'm ready to go back to an unlocked cap due to the repeated hassles.
