(More customer reviews)I purchased a Power Commander V auto Tuner for my V-rod through a different company. Once received I quickly learned that the this product was intended to supplement the Power Commander III...not a stand-alone product. So I ordered the Power Commander III via RENEGADE CLASSICS CAT CITY over the weekend and figured I would set up a return with the previous company the following Monday. Once the 15% re-stocking fee was brought to my attention, I realized that I could avoid the re-stocking fee if I ordered the Power Commander III via the original company. So I called RENEGADE CLASSICS CAT CITY and asked for their mercy by canceling my order since it had not yet been shipped (status was "shipping soon") RENEGADE CLASSICS CAT CITY did not have to honor my request but they did anyhow. Because of this gesture I will be sure to check with RENEGADE CLASSICS CAT CITY first for future products I need for my Harley. Thanks guys.
